The Belgian Ambassador to China, Mr. Bruno Angelet, started his first trip to Shenyang on July 15. During this period, Ambassador Cooreman, accompanied by Mr. Johan Van Hove, the Diplomatic Counselor of Belgium in China, and Mr. Zhang Chi, the Chief Representative of Ghent University in Beijing, was invited to meet with Mr. Qu Liangchen, the founder of the International Art Service Center of Shenyang Free Trade Zone.
