Promote China-Europe cultural exchanges under the Belt and Road Initiative, concentrating on brand management services throughout the art industry chain. Currently, by leveraging the cultural trade advantages of the Shenyang Free Trade Zone, we aim to build a multifunctional complex integrating art warehousing, art display, the Artwork Uniqueness Authentication System, art restoration, assessment and appraisal, and copyright development, striving to provide one-stop convenient services for bonded exhibition and trading activities.

We are dedicated to international cultural exchanges and comprehensive solutions for the international art bonded industry chain. With over a decade of experience in international art exchanges and large-scale art exhibitions in Europe, we are among the first cultural enterprises in China to initiate international art industry chain planning, possessing abundant overseas art resources and strong integration capabilities. Presently, we have established in-depth collaborations with European foundations, art institutions, and art academies, signing contracts with nearly a hundred international artists. We can offer overseas art warehousing, professional packaging, international transportation, and financial insurance services. Moreover, our International Artist Residency Program provides creative spaces for artists from around the world, creating a brand-new international art atmosphere experience.

Since 2022, our company has successively transported over a thousand pieces of European artworks through the “China-Europe Railway Express”, which is a key logistics hub under the Belt and Road Initiative. We are the first in China to pioneer the use of the China-Europe Railway Express for transporting artworks. We have organized and planned multiple national touring exhibition activities. So far, we have carried out several cross-customs-region national touring exhibitions of bonded artworks, such as the “Belt and Road Cultural Bonded Exchange Exhibition between Chinese and European Cities”. Over a thousand artworks have been cumulatively exhibited, attracting continuous coverage from numerous news media and being showcased in multiple cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, and Fuzhou. While promoting bonded exhibitions outside the zone, the zone itself is also equipped with well-appointed exhibition spaces, focusing on creating a bonded exhibition space platform for global dialogue and continuously conducting the Belt and Road series of joint exhibitions of China-Europe art exchanges.

The “Artwork Uniqueness Authentication System” developed and constructed here has been highly recognized by the General Administration of Customs, resolving the customs supervision challenges in the bonded artworks sector. Next, we will rely on the existing exhibition spaces to plan the Free Trade Zone Art Season, national touring exhibitions of bonded artworks, and other China-Europe art exchange projects, making attempts to further build a regional art industry distribution center and achieve phased results.
