Nicolas Kozakis
Born in 1967, Nicolas Kozakis currently works and lives in Brussels, Belgium, and is a painting professor at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Liège.
Nicolas Kozakis is a painter and sculptor who works with installation, video, and photography, with a particular interest in architecture and public space.
His works continuously traverse the history of forms and issues through the contradictory connections of materials, symbols, images, and texts, as well as the conflicts of our existence.
He realizes that in every approach, no matter how different, there seems to be a continuous and renewed concern for the vigilance of statements and gazes.
