Beijing, November 14, 2025 — At the King's Day celebration held at the Embassy of Belgium in China, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary H.E. Bruno Angelet, on behalf of His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium, officially awarded the "Ordre de la Couronne — Chevalier" (Knight of the Crown) to Mr. Qu Liangchen, founder ADGY. This national honor, conferred by a royal decree personally signed by the King, is one of Belgium's most symbolic awards, exclusively presented to international figures who have made outstanding contributions to art, culture, diplomacy, and social development. It signifies the high recognition from European royalty and the cultural community for Mr. Qu's efforts in promoting mutual learning between Chinese and European civilizations.

Established in 1897 by King Leopold II, Belgium's "Ordre de la Couronne" (Order of the Crown) is a national honorary medal of high rank and profound history, holding a prestigious position in the EU cultural system. Its recipients are mostly leaders in international cultural cooperation and artistic innovation.
