Brad Wilson is an American fine art photographer currently based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. His career began in New York City, where he received professional training and worked for over a decade. Wilson regards photography as an almost alchemical art form, one capable of transcendentally fusing primordial elements such as light and time. At the core of his artistic philosophy is the conviction that it is the fleeting moment or the subtle adjustment of light that elevates a powerful image from the mundane. It is precisely this understanding of nuanced difference and its profound impact on artistic expression that fuels his fascination with the medium.Wilson is perpetually committed to exploring and capturing the precision of beauty—that instant when mood, stillness, and composition achieve perfect alignment, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary, and expectation into surprise. In essence, his entire career as a photographer can be viewed as a continuous pursuit and capture of these ephemeral moments.Wilson's photographic works have been extensively published worldwide, featured in publications and advertising campaigns for entities such as Microsoft, Apple, Sony, CNN, CBS News, WWF, Greenpeace, and the Audubon Society. His iconic animal portraits are held in numerous private collections and museums and have been featured in solo and group exhibitions across Europe, Asia, and the United States. His work is currently represented by galleries in the United Kingdom, France, and the United States.
