The Yingkou Free Trade Zone Overseas Art Bonded Series Exhibition and the Belt and Road China-Europe International Artworks Bonded Exhibition grandly kicked off at the Yingkou Free Trade Zone International Commodity Display and Trading Center. The exhibition project, which has landed in the “Free Trade Select” shopping mall, represents the first case in our province where an overseas bonded art exhibition has entered a shopping space. It empowers an immersive shopping experience with culture and art and further promotes the “International Consumption Season”, playing an overall boosting effect in driving the diversified development of the local economy.
The exhibition will further facilitate the innovative development of future artworks bonded exhibitions and displays in Yingkou Free Trade Zone, art copyright development projects, and the export of domestic artworks and intangible cultural heritage.
The initiation of the International Artworks Bonded Exhibition and Trading Project in Yingkou Free Trade Zone serves as a trailblazing endeavor rich in innovative connotations. It is designed to play an exemplary role, facilitating the establishment of a more favorable development system for the artworks bonded business models, division of labor, and resource allocation in Liaoning and even the broader Northeast area. By doing so, it paves the way for a deeper integration into the Belt and Road Initiative and unlocks future innovation potential. Moreover, it constructs a service platform for international cultural and art exchanges in the city, interactions between Chinese and European artists, as well as for friends who show great interest in and affection for European art to engage in interactions and hold seminars.
Drawing on the platform strengths of artworks bonded in Yingkou Free Trade Zone, Free Trade Select is set to function as a display window for bonded artworks within the free trade area in the future. In this space, a series of exhibition activities under the theme of “Belt and Road” China-Europe City Dialogue will be meticulously planned and launched, accompanied by diverse zero-distance art experience initiatives.
