Freestart (SY) is located within the Shenyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone, at Building B8, Chuangxin 2nd Road, Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Hunnan District, Shenyang City. It covers an area of approximately 2,000 square meters. The warehouse area fully meets the high-standard requirements for artwork storage, featuring specialized artwork zoning and multiple VIP areas. The Freestart (SY)  integrates multiple functions, including artwork warehousing, exhibition, a unique artwork authentication system, artwork restoration, appraisal, assessment, and copyright development.

Artwork Unique Authentication System: This system ensures the uniqueness of an artwork's identity in transactions, reducing the risk of substitution during transportation, storage, exhibition, and trade. Currently, it has been piloted at Shenyang Customs, facilitating the in-and-out exhibition of artworks and making the supervision of bonded artworks more efficient.
